  • Record your daily steps and submit a log to your teacher weekly.



  • Help your child record their steps in their logbook at the end of each day.
  • Track your child’s daily progress and create opportunities for your child to engage in physical activity and healthy eating.



  • Encourage all students to actively participate in Count Your Steps.
  • Track each student’s progress and report your students weekly
    steps via www.countyoursteps.org



  • Support Count Your Steps by encouraging participation and promoting the program.
  • Provide resources to teachers to help them participate in Count Your Steps.
  • Encourage PTO's, parents or teacher assistants to assist teachers with implementing the program..
